Who this is

Denver Junk Haul provides junk removal and hauling services across the Denver metro area. This page covers the personal information collected through denverjunkhaul.com. If you have questions about this policy or want your information removed, use the contact form.

What we collect

We only collect what's needed to quote and schedule a job:

• Name, phone number, and optionally email — submitted through the contact form or the quote request funnel on this site.
• Job details — city, type of job, and anything you describe about what needs to go.
• Call data — this site does not publish a phone number at the moment. If we add one, we will update this policy first: calls and texts to it may be logged (calling number, time, duration) and recorded.
• Basic technical data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) kept by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and performance. We do not currently run analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, give you a price range, and pass your request to the independent hauler we connect you with so they can quote and schedule the job. That hauler receives your name, phone number and job details. We don't pass them to anyone else. We do not use your information for anything beyond that — no newsletters, no marketing lists, unless you separately ask to be added to one.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. Apart from the hauler we connect you with, it passes through a small number of services that help us run this site, each acting only on our instructions:

• Web3Forms — delivers the contact and quote forms on this site from your browser to our inbox. Web3Forms does not use your data for its own purposes.
• Twilio — would handle calls to a published phone number. None is published at the moment, so no call data is collected.
• Cloudflare — hosts this website and keeps standard security logs.

We may also disclose information if required by law, such as in response to a valid subpoena.

How long we keep it

Job-related information (name, phone, job details) is kept for as long as needed to complete the job and handle any follow-up, and generally no longer than a few years for our own records. Call logs and recordings are kept for as long as needed to track call volume for business purposes. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us and we'll take care of it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Reach us through the contact page. We'll respond within a reasonable time, generally within a few weeks.

Children

This site and our referral service are for adults arranging work on their own property. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes — for example, if we add analytics or a new third-party tool — we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We don't expect frequent changes; this is a small local referral service, not a data business.
